Medical hydrocolloid bandages of the trademark IGAR
Medical hydrocolloid bandages of the IGAR brand are a modern medical product designed to provide optimal conditions for moist wound healing. This bandage differs from ultra-thin types in that it is thicker in the center and thinner at the edges. The thickness of the pressed edge can reach 0.3 mm.
The bandage is made of hot-melt glue and sodium carboxymethylcellulose, its base is polymer. The hydrocolloid medical bandage is characterized by absorbent properties, is hypoallergenic and has a white color,

These bandages are thicker in the center and thinner at the edges, and have a number of unique advantages:
- • Excellent absorption: It demonstrates excellent absorption of exudate.
- • Optimal healing: The bandage helps to keep the wound moist, promoting its healing, reducing pain and shortening the time required for dressing changes. Usually it is applied for 3-4 days.
- • Protection: It is waterproof, breathable and reliably blocks the invasion of external bacteria.
- 192 • Comfort: Thanks to good elasticity and self-adhesive properties, the bandage is easy to remove. It does not stick to the surface of the wound, preventing secondary damage and reducing pain.
The product is intended for wound healing in a wet environment.
The bandage is used for a wide range of exuding wounds and other non-infected damaged skin with moderate or weak exudate.
It is used for the following types of damage:
- Postoperative stitches.
- Donor plots.
- Bedsores at the initial stage.
- Trophic ulcers.
- Stains, cuts, scratches.
- First and second degree burns.
Do not use IGAR hydrocolloid bandage in the following cases:
- Infected wounds.
- Wounds with signs of necrosis requiring surgical intervention.
- Allergy or hypersensitivity to the components of the product.
- Severe burns of the III degree.
Выбор размера:
Убедитесь, что центральная подушечка на ране выступает на 1–2 см за края раны.
Подготовка:
Перед использованием проверьте целостность упаковки и срок годности.
Очистка:
Тщательно вымойте и высушите кожу вокруг раны, вымойте руки и используйте перчатки.
Наложение:
Откройте упаковку перед применением, снимите защитную пленку. Наложите повязку к ране, осторожно прижав клейкие края к поверхности.
Фиксация
После наложения рекомендуется нагреть ее поверхность теплом руки для лучшего прилипания.
Изменение повязки:
Изменять повязку необходимо в соответствии с клиническим состоянием раны, объемом экссудата или по рекомендации врача. Обычно она накладывается на 3-4 дня.
Продолжительность:
Продолжительность использования повязки определяется врачом.
Медицинское изделие предназначено только для одноразового использования.
Не используйте изделие повторно, при повреждении упаковки или по истечении срока годности.
В случае возникновения аллергической реакции или раздражения – прекратите использование и обратитесь к врачу.
Хранить в оригинальной упаковке, недоступном для детей месте, в сухом, защищенном от прямых солнечных лучей месте.
Избегать слишком высоких температур, чрезмерной влажности воздуха и прямого солнечного света.
Не хранить рядом с химически активными веществами или источниками влаги и тепла.
